Emergency Help

If your pet may have eaten, licked, inhaled, or touched something toxic, act quickly. Remove access to the item, save the package or a photo, note the time and amount, and contact a veterinarian or poison-control professional.

Do this now

  1. Remove access to the food, plant, medication, oil, or product.
  2. Save packaging, labels, or a plant photo.
  3. Note the time and estimated amount.
  4. Watch for vomiting, drooling, tremors, weakness, breathing changes, or seizures.
  5. Call your veterinarian or a poison helpline immediately for known toxins or any symptoms.
